Casey Hoyt co-founded VieMed in 2006 with his long time friend Michael Moore, a Respiratory Therapist, with the objective of becoming the leading respiratory disease management company in the United States. His vision then and now is to enable patients to live better lives through clinical excellence, education and technology. Prior to starting Sleep Management, Casey had a successful track record of running successful businesses, most recently a worldwide organization, Nimlok Louisiana, offering a comprehensive line of tradeshow display and marketing services. Known for his fun-loving and kind personality, Mr. Hoyt views his most important roles as recruiting, motivating, and managing the quality employees that VieMed has become respected for throughout the healthcare industry. In his spare time, Casey enjoys hunting and fishing as well as spending time with his wife Marnie and their three children.
Michael Moore, CRT, co-founded VieMed with his business mentor Max Hoyt and good friend Casey Hoyt, combining his clinical and healthcare expertise with the Hoyt’s marketing and operational knowledge. Mr. Moore began his career as a Respiratory Therapist and later as an Account Executive with organizations such as Praxair and Home Care Supply where he continually exceeded sales goals and finished in the top 5 nationally of all AE’s. Mr. Moore’s experience as a clinician as well as his understanding of healthcare trends formulated the strategy that has enabled VieMed to become the diverse respiratory disease company it is today. In addition to strategic planning for the company, Mr. Moore’s key responsibilities include overseeing the clinical and sales infrastructure and staying attuned to changes in the healthcare industry. Mr. Moore is a classic automobile enthusiast and enjoys spending time with his wife Emily and their four children.
Consulting Board Member
Max Hoyt co-founded VieMed in 2006 after successfully founding, operating and exiting several large companies across a diverse group of industries including marketing & promotional services, transportation & logistical support, and retail distribution. Since 2012 he has devoted himself full-time to VieMed as a board member where his expertise in strategy, operations and logistics has helped enable VieMed to scale from a local to a national organization while maintaining a culture where each patient feels as though they are the only one.
Mr. Hoyt is a big believer in giving back to the community and state. He has been active in the local Chamber of Commerce, Lafayette Economic Development Authority, Crime Stoppers, Ducks Unlimited, University of Louisiana Alumni, and the Digital Printing and Imaging Association. In his spare time he enjoys spending time outdoors and with his wife Dianne, two grown sons, and grandchildren.
Chief Operating Officer
Brett Stoute joined VieMed in 2007 and was involved in the early developmental stages integral to the organizations expansion. Mr. Stoute is a member of the Executive Management team and is in charge of the daily operation, ensuring that patients are serviced in a timely and effective manner while also overseeing administrative functions.
Mr. Stoute is a former member of the Medicare DMERC Supplier Advisory Committee for Region C. He has 23 years of experience in the healthcare industry serving in the roles of HME sales, management and ownership. Mr. Stoute obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and currently resides in Lafayette, Louisiana.
Ryan Sullivan joined VieMed in 2010 as General Manager. Since joining the company, Ryan’s strategic and operational leadership has helped VieMed grow from a local respiratory DME to one of the largest suppliers of specialized respiratory therapies and equipment in the United States. Mr. Sullivan has a lead role in recruiting, selecting, and managing the company’s sales force in the field. He is a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist and spent 10 years in the sleep industry performing sleep studies, scoring studies, and managing sleep testing facilities.
Mr. Sullivan earned a business degree from Texas A&M. He enjoys everything outdoors in Louisiana’s “Sportsmen’s Paradise” and coaching his children’s soccer team in his spare time.
Chief Marketing Officer
Allen Hersh joined VieMEd in 2014 and leads initiatives pertaining to marketing. Prior to joining VieMed, Mr. Hersh spent nearly 12 years as Executive Vice President for ReachOut Healthcare where as the head of Sales & Business Development he helped the company grow to serving a peak of 500,000 medically under-served individuals annually.
Mr. Hersh has a passion for developing transformative models in healthcare that improve the quality of life for people while also reducing healthcare spend. He serves on the Arizona State Council for the Humane Society of the United States and earned an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA.
Senior Clinical Sales Trainer
Jerome Cambre came to VieMed in November of 2013 as a Sales Representative for the Baton Rouge La market. Previously, he worked as a Clinical Liason and Respiratory Therapist in this same area. With his own business model he created, Mr. Cambre found immediate success in the DME world becoming the top producer for 2014. Today, as the continued leader in sales his role has evolved into a field trainer, branding the VieMed name throughout the country due to the explosive growth of the company.
Mr. Cambre lives with his wife Randi and three sons. He is an active member of St Peters Catholic Church, and enjoys hunting and fishing. Jerome has an A.S. degree in Cardiopulmonary Science from Our Lady of the Lake College and a B.S. in Psychology from Louisiana State University.
VP of Sales
Bobby is a respiratory therapist and a 22 year veteran of the homecare industry. He joined VieMed as the National Clinical Sales Director in February of 2014 and was later made VP of Sales. He is a subject matter expert in home ventilation and his responsibilities include being a clinical resource for both Respiratory Caregivers and Care Coordinators. He received his training in the US Army and spent 10 years active duty. He has a long history of top sales performance and was the Sales Specialist of the year for Philips Respironics in 2011 & 2012.
Bobby has the ability to communicate complicated concepts while speaking to clinical and nonclinical audiences. He enjoys the success of others and desires a win-win outcome for every situation. He knows the patient comes first, and believes if we make that a priority everyone wins.
Zachary (Zac) Chauffe
National Sales Trainer
Mr. Chauffe lives in New Orleans, LA. and has been in in the medical industry since 1991. His past experience involves senior roles Durable Medical Equipment, Respiratory Medication Programs, Ambulatory Cardiac Monitoring, COPD Management Programs, Sleep Apnea Treatment, & Sleep Diagnostics Centers. He has owned and operated several medical companies including a Durable Medical Equipment company and a Diagnostic Sleep Lab. Mr. Chauffe was also once employed with one of the largest privately owned DME companies in the U.S. While with that company his accomplishments include: Top five sales person for 5 years in a row and winner of the Top President’s award as #1 rep in the United States.
Mr. Chauffe joined VIeMed in 2012 where he is the National Sales Trainer and travels throughout the United States to provide sales training & support to our sales team.

Dr. William Frazier, MD is a Pulmonologist as well as our internal expert when it comes to achieving industry leading outcomes across a variety of chronic disease conditions. So when you refer a patient to VieMed, you can take comfort in knowing that our protocols are developed, monitored, and refined by individuals like Dr. Frazier who thoroughly understand the disease states for which you are referring.
Chief Information Officer
As our Chief Information Officer, Keith Thibodeaux is responsible for PHM’s national IT strategy and implementation. Keith joined PHM with over 30 years of IT experience in the Manufacturing, Finance, Governmental, and Healthcare technology fields. He has been recognized locally, regionally, and nationally with awards ranging from the Louisiana Governor’s Technology Leader of the Year Award, to recognition by ComputerWorld Magazine as a national Premier 100 CIO Awardee. He passed the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and Certified Information Security Officer (C|CISO) exams, and extensively traveled the country helping healthcare entities from hospitals to software companies to data centers improve their Security and HIPAA compliance to prove his commitment to continued growth and service.
