As Chief Executive Officer of VieMed Healthcare, Mr. Hoyt is committed to executing VieMed's patient-centric focus and "live your life" mission. A longtime believer in helping patients live better lives through clinical excellence, education, and technology, Hoyt co-founded VieMed subsidiaries, Sleep Management, LLC, and Home Sleep Delivered, LLC in 2006 before its evolution in 2012 to present-day VieMed Healthcare. Hoyt also currently serves on the American Association for Homecare's Board of Directors, the Community Foundation of Acadiana’s Board of Directors, and Ochsner Lafayette General Foundation's Board of Trustees. Additionally, he has led many successful businesses throughout his career, most recently a global trade show display and event marketing services company. 

In addition to his 2017 appointment as VieMed Chairman of the Board, Mr. Dobbs currently serves as CEO of EnableComp, which specializes in delivering revenue solutions for complex claims in the hospital billing environment.  With more than 30 years of executive leadership experience in industries ranging from manufacturing to healthcare, Dobbs has also served as a Senior Operating Executive within the healthcare industry for Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe (WCAS), a leading private equity firm, and as Chief Executive Officer for Matrix Medical Network, a provider of in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage members nationwide.  

A noted business and leadership author and consultant, Dobbs has held CEO roles at U.S. Investigation Services, Philips Medical Systems North America, and 27 years at GE Company, in various senior-level positions, including President & CEO of GE Capital IT Solutions. In addition, Dobbs served on the board of directors of MTGE Investment Corp. (NASDAQ: MTGE) and the boards of directors of several privately held companies. 

As an ABIM Board Certified physician in Internal, Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Disorders Medicine, Dr. William Frazier has worked as a full-time practicing pulmonologist for more than 30 years. Dr. Frazier's association with VieMed began in 2015 with his appointment as Chief Medical Officer before joining the company's Board of Directors two years later. In addition to helping advance the company's growth and development as a top respiratory disease management company, Dr. Frazier's experience conducting clinical research has resulted in several peer-reviewed, published scientific papers on the topic of COPD and home ventilation.  

During Dr. Frazier's distinguished medical career, other leadership roles included posts as Chief of the Medical Staff and Director of Critical Care Services at various medical centers, board director appointments at two large medical practices, and director of a regional health system. 

A director since 2018, Greenstein currently serves as Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer of LHC Group, Inc., a leading national provider of in-home healthcare services, guiding the company's value-based contracting, ACO management company, and alternative payment and delivery model strategies. He also leads the company's operations for technology and the innovations business segments and its healthcare vision initiatives.  

Previously, Greenstein served as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) in Washington, D.C., as President-West for New York-based Quartet Health, CEO of Blend Health Insights, and managing director of Worldwide Health for Microsoft. Other public sector senior roles of Greenstein's include Secretary of the Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals, a cabinet member appointment, and overseeing Medicaid-managed care and waivers and demonstrations at the federal Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).

A director since 2020, Ms. Heltz’s career began as an actuary at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana (BCBSLA), earning membership credentials in the Society of Actuaries and the American Academy of Actuaries. She also served as the organization's SVP/Chief Actuary and other senior positions leading BCBSLA's pharmacy benefits, medical management programs, and provider reimbursement areas.

Her 31-year career there culminated in her post as SVP Medical Economics & Chief Analytics Officer, successfully advancing the plan's provider contracting and reimbursement, resulting in successful value-based contracts with Medicare and commercial health plans alike. After BCBSLA, she served 7 years as Ochsner Health Network's Chief Operations Officer at Ochsner Health Network. Currently, Ms. Heltz utilizes her comprehensive experience in both payor and provider operations as a Senior Healthcare Advisor for Rule of Three (Ro3), helping clients with healthcare strategy and operations, specializing in the areas of value-based care payment programs. 

A member of VieMed’s board of directors since 2017, Mr. Kaushal’s distinguished career includes posts as former Managing Director of PWC Corporate Finance Inc. and Executive Vice President/Managing Director of Medwell Capital. In addition, Kaushal has also held senior executive positions at multiple Canadian investment banks within the healthcare space, including Desjardins Securities Inc., Orion Securities Inc., Vengate Capital, HSBC Securities Inc., and Gordon Capital. 

Kaushal has also held roles within the private equity/venture capital industry at MDS Capital Corp. and PricewaterhouseCoopers in its M&A, valuation, and audit groups and has other board member experience at many other prominent public and private companies. 

Mr. Smokoff has served as a director since 2018 and brings more than 25 years of health industry leadership, product development, and delivery experience to VieMed. Currently, he serves as Acting-CEO and a member of the Board of Directors of PolyVascular, LLC. In addition, he is the General Manager of the Home Health & Hospice Division at ResMed. 

Other distinguished posts in his career include CEO of Isowalk, Breathometer, Inc., SVP of Health and Wellness of Nortek, Inc., CEO of Numera, Inc., and multiple senior executive roles during his 13 years at Microsoft, leading their global health business. Smokoff also has deep experience developing and bringing hospital information systems, physician office systems, and medical devices to market for various companies, including start-ups.  

Mr. Zehnder has been VieMed's Chief Operating Officer since 2017, having also served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Strategy Officer over the company's history. A Certified Public Accountant whose career began at KPMG, Zehnder also held multiple senior executive positions at PetroQuest Energy Inc., an NYSE-listed company, for 15 years, including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer.
