Founded as Sleep Management in 2006 by Casey Hoyt and Michael Moore and rebranded to VieMed in 2014, VieMed was founded on the values of friendship, loyalty, and treating others right. These ideals remain at the core of our company culture as we continue to grow into new markets and advance our services for patients across the United States.
Our success is built upon a highly effective home treatment model that integrates easily into the process of our referral partners (hospitals, ACOs, SNFs, etc.), therefore allowing patients to transition smoothly into in-home therapy. We treat patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), chronic respiratory failure, as well as various neuromuscular diseases.
